Designed by award winning Milanese architects AQUILIALBERG - (Laura Aquil & Ergian Alberg) in 2007, the " VERTIGO" side table was their first product design project and marked the beginning of their partnership with Italian "haute couture" furniture company Moroso, known for their product quality, innovation and creativity.

The "VERTIGO" was the result of extensive research which analyzed movement perception. Describing the illusion of movement, Vertigo is the feeling that you or your environmnet is moving when no movement occurs.  Inspired by Escher, the silhouette  gives the illusion of a natural continuous flow of wrapping lines within a symmetrical space.

In 2008 AquiliAlberg studio was selected to design the interiors exhibition Casa-Décor lounge installation in Turin, and incorporated 13 of the Vertigo side tables into the design.
