La Tour Eiffel S'envole Chiffon Silk Shawl
Designed by Sefedin Ibrahim Alamin in 2004. In 1997 during civil war, after his parents were killed, a 14 year old Sudanese boy found his way to a camp run by Doctors Without Borders. He was placed in a school for orphans where he started to draw colourful chalk sketches of African landscapes. The school had been visited previously by Jean-Louis Dumas, the former chief executive of Hermès, who had asked to be alerted to any student with artistic talent. Sefedin's sketches landed on Dumas's desk and Sefedin was hired to design for Hermes. He created six different styles, La Tour Eiffel S'envole being one of them.
Description: Chiffon silk scarf from Hermes.The subject matter of this design needs no introduction. In soft uplifting pastel shades of pink, yellow, lime green, purple on a white background, the Tour Eiffel is portrayed blowing away or vanishing, ( S'envoler the French verb for to blow away). Signed 'Hermes Paris' with artist signature at the bottom. Hand rolled edges. Made in France. Fabric Content: 100% silk. Dimensions: 135cm x 130cm. Excellent condition,. Complete with box in signature Hermes orange. Condition reflected in images.

Not happy with your order? Not to worry, we're happy to offer you a full refund providing you follow the below steps.
Notify and Parcel Return
To request a return please email us. mail@isabellaswardrobe.com. We will then provide you with a goods return number. You have 14 days from delivery to request and return your item.
Kindly note that the item must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, with all security tags and labels still attached. Where products are used, incomplete, or damaged, we can refuse to refund the returned products.
We recommend that you send it by Royal Mail recorded delivery. The parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us. The return postage costs will be met by the customer.
Provided we receive the Item within 7 days of receipt of return email, we shall refund, within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, the cost of the Item less postage costs. The refund will be issued to the card used to purchase the item.
Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Only products that are in their original condition with all tags attached will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
