We use Royal Mail and DHL as our domestic and international carriers, both of which offer a trackable service to your door. When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

UK: £10.00 (1-2 working days)

EU: £20.00 (3-5 working days)

US: £30.00 (3-5 working days)

ROW: £30.00 (7 working days)


Not happy with your order? Not to worry, we're happy to offer you a full refund providing you follow the below steps.

Notify and Parcel Return

To request a return please email us. We will then provide you with a goods return number.

Kindly note that the item must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and labels still attached. Where products are used, incomplete, or damaged, we can refuse to refund the returned products.

We recommend that you send it by Royal Mail recorded delivery. The parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us. The return postage costs will be met by the customer.

Provided we receive the Item within 7 days of receipt of return email, we shall refund, within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, the cost of the Item less postage costs. The refund will be issued to the card used to purchase the item.

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Only products that are in their original condition with all tags attached will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
