We use Royal Mail and DHL as our domestic and international carriers, all of which offer a trackable service to your door. When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns Policy

Not happy with your order? Not to worry, we’re happy to offer you a full refund providing you follow the steps below:

Notify & Parcel Return

To return an Item please email returns ). You must post Item within 7 days of this email. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition, to the address below.
Customer Responsibility


We recommend that you send it by Royal Mail recorded delivery. The parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us. The return postage costs will be met by the customer.


The Item must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and labels still attached. Where products are used, incomplete, or damaged, we can refuse to refund the returned products.


Provided we receive the Item within 7 days of receipt of return email, we shall refund, within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, the cost of the Item less postage costs. The refund will be issued to the card used to purchase the item.

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Only products that are in their original condition with all tags attached will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we have no influence over this.
