We use Collect +, Royal Mail and DHL as our domestic and international carriers, all of which offer a trackable service to your door. When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

Express: £20.00 (next day delivery) - Dispatched within 2 days of receipt of order

Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns Policy

Not happy with your order? Not to worry, we’re happy to offer you a full refund providing you follow the steps below:

Notify & Parcel Return

To return an Item please email returns to obtain a Returns Number which must be included on your returns form (included in your parcel). You must post Item within 7 days of receiving your returns number. All returns must be sent via registered mail or via collect + (UK orders only) in their original condition, to the address below.
Customer Responsibility

We recommend that you send it using Collect + service or by Royal Mail recorded delivery. The parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.


The Item must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and labels still attached. Where products are used, incomplete, or damaged, we can refuse to refund the returned products.


Provided we receive the Item within 7 days of the returns number being issued, we shall refund, within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, the cost of the Item less postage costs. The refund will be issued to the card used to purchase the item.

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Only products that are in their original condition with all tags attached will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

Returning order using Collect+ (UK orders only)

You can now return your Isabella's Wardrobe order via your local supermarkets, corner shops and newsagents, providing they offer the Collect+ service. There are over 3500 stores nationwide offering this service. Please click the link to find your nearest store: Collect+ Store Finder.

To make things even more convenient for you, Collect+ stores are open for over 9 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, with over 98% of the stores open 7 days a week.

All you need to do is email us for a returns number. With your returns number we will email you a PDF of a prepaid Collect+ label. Please complete the returns form provided with your order and enclose it with your parcel. Print off and attach the Collect+ label to your parcel. Simply take your parcel to ANY of 3500 local stores offering Collect+ services, where you'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. Your return will be processed within 10 working days of your Isabella's Wardrobe goods being returned. For example, if you dropped the orders into a Collect+ store on Wednesday, you can expect your return to be processed by the following Friday.

Please be aware if you use the provided PDF label, £6.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Parcels must not weigh more than 10 kg nor exceed dimensions of  30 centimetres x 30 centimetres x 50 centimetres and must have a Label attached.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we have no influence over this.
